‘In conversation with…’ is a series of blog posts where I’ll be talking to inspirational people working in the world of food policy.  Today’s ‘In conversation with’ features Kate Anstey, a passionate advocate for education rights and reducing child poverty. As Head of Education Policy at the Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG), she works to
